I was impressed that during our initial consultation, Greg spent nearly two hours walking me through various options. He also suggested that before I make any decisions, I take time to walk around the neighbourhood and study window styles installed in houses similar to mine. The installation went smoothly and Greg was ever professional, efficient, calm and friendly. The windows are high quality and look wonderful. Deciding on the new front door took longer because I had no idea how many factors were involved and had to take time to think about them. Again, Greg suggested walks around neighbourhoods to see what I liked and didn’t like. My new front door is beautiful, with an unexpected bonus: When the sun shines, the frosted glass in the door sparkles like diamonds and the bevelled edges throw rainbows on my hardwood floor.
